ST3400H Software Download
ST3400H Software Version 1.06 and 1.07
Updating the ST3400H software requires a USB connection through a Windows XP or later computer.
Please download the update file and save to the computer that will be used for the update. Double-click on the file to extract the contents. The download includes the USB drivers and the Uploader utility program.
Important: Please disable Wi-Fi or other Internet access on the computer when connecting to the ST3400H. This is to avoid Windows from automatically installing an incorrect driver. Also if Windows 8, 8.1 or 10 please contact product support as a workaround requiring the computer to be re-booted is required to install the driver at the present time.
