To send a unit in for repair, please submit the form below. We will no longer accept RMA requests via phone or email. Once you submit the online form, you will be contacted with an RMA number and instructions for shipping your unit to Nighthawk.
Standard turn-around-time is 5 business days from receipt of the unit to the ship date. (Note: SG102 and SG102/D units may take up to 15 business days.) Customer will be advised if this time changes.
If the unit is sent in for repair, without receiving an RMA number in advance, there will be an additional processing fee of $250 added to the repair charge and it will delay the repair by as much as one week.
