To send a unit in for repair, please submit the form below. Once you submit the form, you will be contacted to discuss your RMA request.

Standard turn-around time is 5 business days from receipt of the unit to the ship date. (Note: SG102 and SG102/D units may take up to 15 business days.)

If the unit is sent in for repair, without receiving an RMA number in advance, there may be additional charges and it may delay the repair by as much as one week.
