Nighthawk Flight Systems Announces Pricing and Delivery Plan for Guardian Avionics Suite

Vista, CA – 14 October 2025 – Nighthawk Flight Systems will begin delivery of its highly anticipated Guardian Avionics Suite in December 2025, with the price starting at $33,200 for a single display and $39,900 for a dual display system. The revolutionary lightweight cockpit display system will initially be available for Part 23 Class I/II, Part 22, and Experimental aircraft.

The Guardian system represents Nighthawk’s entry into the large-format avionics market, bringing pilots a modern, affordable, and scalable cockpit solution. Guardian features the world’s highest definition 3D synthetic vision paired with the most comprehensive suite of display information available on the market today, including obstacles, flight environment, traffic, weather, terrain, real world imagery, and more. The Guardian’s avionics NESTTM, the system’s core, houses each of the system’s individual functions and integrates with Nighthawk’s cockpit displays and existing aircraft systems. The NEST allows functional capabilities to be added or upgraded individually, eliminating the requirement to replace an entire system. Customers can also maintain existing functional equipment and easily add or change the installed displays over time.

The initial system available in December includes up to two surface mounted 11.6-inch Full HD sunlight readable touchscreen displays with integrated tactile controls. The displays are connected to the NESTTM, by a single cable interface. Initial capabilities include AD/AHRS, TAWS, aviation charts, and maps, as well as integration with existing aircraft systems. The Guardian system does integrate with Garmin and Avidyne GPS Navigators.

During Q1 of 2026, Guardian’s 7-inch displays and additional features will be available.

Strategic Partnerships
To ensure unmatched situational awareness and user experience, Nighthawk has entered a series of strategic partnerships with leading aviation technology providers during the development and testing of Guardian. This collaboration underscores both the industry’s confidence in Guardian and Nighthawk’s commitment to delivering a complete, integrated cockpit experience.

“As we introduce our first large-format cockpit system, partnering with some of the most respected companies in aviation helps us deliver a truly superior solution,” said Paul Martin, CEO of Nighthawk Flight Systems. “These collaborations not only enhance the Guardian platform today but also pave the way for an expanded suite of capabilities in the future.”

Partners contributing technology and expertise to support Nighthawk’s Guardian test and demonstration aircraft include Mid-Continent Instruments and Avionics, Electronics International, MOOG, PS Engineering, Aircraft Performance Group/Seattle Avionics, and more.

“The interest and support from these industry leaders confirms what we’ve known all along; Guardian is a platform with enormous potential,” added Martin. “We’re not just launching a product, we’re building a new ecosystem for pilots who want advanced, integrated avionics, at an affordable price, without compromising on performance.”
